- I have been a loyal customer to a variety of different Public Storage units; this is the best experience I have received so far. The location is very convenient (next to a major high way) and in a very safe neighborhood. The property manager Joyce is the most understanding and patient person I have ever worked with. I walked in Monday morning needing a climate controlled storage unit and she helped me right away. (Mind you, she hasn't properly opened up yet). Her customers needs come first and she made me feel top priority. She also didn't try to sell me any unnecessary things, she told me exactly what I needed and made me feel secure. Joyce also has a great memory so anytime you walk in she is already welcoming you with a big smile. I highly recommend this place, I promise you would not be disappointed.
