She didn't discuss the cost of the lock or whether using it was optional or not. I saw the charge after I paid for my move-in and an additional month. The extra charge should have been disclosed before I paid.

Public Storage met all my needs for storage space at an affordable rate. Customer service gives a lot of info at rental and was very helpful. Units are numbered in a confusing manner, but customer service rep answered all my questions & got me to the right units. The property is clean and well maintained. *Administrative fees of $29 on every rental is steep and could probably be cut in half when subsequent units leased. (Suggestion)

- They were really helpful in getting us the right sized unit and worked with us on our reservation. We did not know the exact date, so they saved our dates for a couple of weeks with notes as we are in the military and didnt know the exacts on when we would be there. They were cheery and helpful when we arrived and were happy to help us. The facilities were really clean, and our unit didnt have anything wrong with it when we checked and the gates work easy with no troubles with the codes. All things seem easy, if you follow the guidelines of the opening hours to access the facilities, etc.
