- When we went in the staff were not with any customers and were using their "down time" to mop the already clean office. Steven and Adlai were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to get us everything we needed. They even went so far as to search the facility at one point, when there were a lot of people there using all of the carts, to help us find a cart to use. The whole place is so well kept and overall I am very pleased with their service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice facility that is clean and has staff that are courteous and helpful.

- Only complaint is that insulation is hanging from the ceiling. Staff apologized about it when initially showing me my new rental. I didn’t find it to be a big deal until I went back the following day to see pieces of it had fallen on my belongings. Other than that, the facility is well kept, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was fair.
