- Initial paperwork took quite a while due to their system being down but, they were very polite and friendly. Facility itself is clean and easy to navigate. Trollies near the door were very helpful. Love that the place is climate controlled and door is password protected.

- The only problem was I was told I had use of a truck for free the first 25 miles. Got to storage and they no longer had the truck. Very inconvenient I really needed the truck and that was the main reason I took that storage. So I had to make 5 trips in my car instant of 1 like I was told. The people who answer the calls and the actual storage are not communicating
