- We had to move into a storage unit quickly after the flooding in San Marcos affected my in-laws home. The price was excellent and the service provided was exceptional. We made it to the storage facility about 5 minutes prior to closing and the staff were very friendly. We were not rushed considering it was time for them to go home. - The only problem was I was told I had use of a truck for free the first 25 miles. Got to storage and they no longer had the truck. Very inconvenient I really needed the truck and that was the main reason I took that storage. So I had to make 5 trips in my car instant of 1 like I was told. The people who answer the calls and the actual storage are not communicating
