- The only feedback I could give that really kept me from giving a 5 Star is that I wasn’t shown a breakdown of the fees, I’d have liked them to explain that a little more, plus to go over what type of insurance coverage, etc.. and also to have been taken to the unit.. otherwise I was wondering around a building unable to find it on my own for a second.

The whole cleanliness of the storage facility from the entrance to the bathroom and to the storage units is superb. - This storage unit is right nearby 2 hotels where there are a lot of homeless people hanging around, and the gate appears to be broken and stuck open. Also, the glass to the front of the office wall has a huge crack in it, it looks like a baseball or something hit it. I got a 10x15 that indicated it was a drive-up, however, I got one that was above-ground, so I had to walk all my storage to my unit up a set of steps. I gave it the amount of stars I did because it was a seamless move in and that’s what was most important to me, as I was needing a storage unit last minute early in the morning.

- A great experience! I was helped by Sarahy, Jen and Kimberly. Three excellent ladies, who know their business very well. They are also very friendly and nice. Thank you all for being Great. The service and the facilities are so nice that, I have now rented a second unit The storage units are first class. They are very clean, well lit, and an excellent video security system is in place. Of course, one of the greatest features is temperature control environment. That cool temp is great when you are moving and its hot outside. Its just a great value all around and your belongings are protected against extreme temperature. Makes me wish I would have moved here a long time ago. Have a wonderful day.

- I secured a 10' X 15', 2nd floor unit at this Cubesmart online for half the monthly price I had reserved it for at another Cubesmart location- and cheaper than any other storage facility in the nearby surrounding area. The manager called me immediately after making my online reservation and was able to answer my questions quickly and efficiently. She suggested I come in to complete the reservation and verified my proof of personal storage insurance documentation and lock type -which stood out to me because most facilities haven't required that I provide the documents as proof, they just took me at my word. The fact that she did require it further confirmed that she is on point and made me feel that my stuff will be safe at this location. I noticed also the bathrooms are always open and clean.- the entire facility is very clean actually. Impressively clean compared to other companies. The only things I would change about my storage unit are facility related - 1) There's no mobile access option yet so you do have to manually enter your access code on the key pad to open gates/doors. 2) There's only one place to enter and exit the building and my unit is nowhere close to that entry way. It's not very convenient for moving in and out very quickly and makes a long walk down a semi-dark hallway seem so very long. 3) This isn't uncommon but it's still a complaint- there's no lighting inside the unit itself. And no outlets of course to plug a light into. I have been in units that do provide interior unit lighting and wish that I had considered that when I was looking for a new locker because it's hard to organize and look for what you need in the dark and it's also a pain to remember to bring a flashlight everytime you go.
