Now, I call the Unit and it seems like no one answers the phone. I called the main office and forwarded me to this storage number. Someone answers the phone. However, hangs up the phone as soon as I started asking a question (Not stephanie, not Bernard). I called back directly to the storage location, no one picks up the phone.
