- I have been very unpleased with my experience so far. My moving crew I had helping me had great difficulty getting in to my storage unit. The email confirmation that was sent to me with all of the information regarding my unit and "code" that needed to be put in in order to have access to the property was wrong. At the time of arrival no one was on site in the office and it took many minutes to actually get someone on site to help guide us on how to have access. It took about 20 minutes for anyone on the property to get there to us. On top of that every time I called customer service all they did was tell me my information was correct and that they would send notification to the on site manager to have them help me and rushed me to get off the phone and did not wait to see if I was attended to. It felt very scripted and like they absolutely did not care to see if I actually got in and was able to access the property. A day later we finally got them to edit my code so I could have access with out issues but the whole process has been very irritating and I am disappointed.
