- My first visit was with a lady from another facility. She was efficient but told me that when my delivery came on a pre-arranged day that the person in charge would be able to sign for the delivery. When the delivery came the person in charge that day said that no paperwork was filled out in order for him to sign for the delivery. The first lady dropped the ball so it seems. The gentleman was very helpful and we managed with his help to get a form faxed to a Randalls that was near me at the time. I received the fax, signed it, and sent it back. All was good. The gentleman on duty at the time of delivery went above and beyond dealing with the delivery people (who had some issues). I was very happy with his performance. Thank you

- Our first trip we had a 16ft trailer and because the gate is so close to the road , we could not pull in because the gate was closed and we would have blocked both lanes of traffic. My wife had to get out of our truck and cross the street while i waited in a lane of traffic , to enter our code. Then I could pull in. Very dangerous! Also we rented ONE space 40ft x 15ft. When we got there we found out it was actually 4 individual spaces side by side and not one large space. Very deceptive sales tactics. We had a loaded trailer and had driven 100 miles to get there so we had no choice. Not happy at all and may look for another place before we bring any more of our belongings there .
