- Took three reservations and attempts before ExtraSpace Hutto could “find” the reservation and help me finish it up over the phone. Instead, whoever answered the phone offered the same space for about two to three times the price. I never figured out if this was an attempt to not honor the incredible price, or if the third party aggregator didn’t transmit the contract properly…. HOWEVER, the third time I tried to close the deal Adonis answered the phone. He DID find the reservation. We finished up the details and I e-signed within an hour. Put my lock in place that same day! Never a discussion about the price being anything different than what my reservation said….so refreshing. When I arrived the place was spotlessly clean. Wandering around inside every light lit up as it should. Everything looked to be in excellent condition.

I went office asked for biggest storage exchange to "medium" size storage 5x10. They said fine no problem can do that within 10 min to finish all agreement planing was amazing compare to other storage have to waiting on that day "blah blah blah" cause me lost interest.

- Prices seem to have increased in the past month, but this was still within budget. The 10x10 indoor unit is clean, feel safe inside, no issues with access. Elevator worked fine and no issue getting our stuff in. Our home policy covers their insurance requirement, which is positive. One time use of a truck within 14 days is a nice feature. They also waive the $25 admin fee if you schedule online.

- I wanted to move things into my unit, there was a large truck parked horizontally in the parking lot along with another truck backed into the area in front of the doors; all the carts were filled with the guys things. One of the agents came out to move her car and I mentioned to her that I didn't feel this was right as there was no way for me to get to my unit. She said she could try talking to them but after all it was first come first serve, in a very flippant manner. I don't feel I need to be treated disrespectfully so I moved out the next day to a facility that was happy to have my business. I was about to call and let them know I had moved out when the office called me.

If you have all your info, the rent-now feature was quickly done upon suggestion from a staff member who sent me a link and it took less than 15 minutes. The facility is secure and they have carts to help you load your stuff in or out of the facility. The carts were easy to use and maneuvered well. Highly recommend this facility
