- When I made my reservation online, I became annoyed quickly because I was called repeatedly to confirm I was coming. Then I received an e-mail completely changing the price (increase of $30) and location of the storage unit. I called and it was resolved, however it truly felt like a quick way to scam someone not paying attention... I gave y'all 3 stars because the customer service I received in-store was excellent. I just really think you all need to make one phone call to a customer and not change things suddenly.
