- Kind of a nightmare with the gate code not working. Moving in from out of town with movers I was paying by the hour and couldn't get in. Gate code wasn't recognized and getting customer service was really bad. The live chat support on their kiosk doesn't work at all. After paying for my unit and getting a lock dispensed I discovered my gate code didn't work, I try to log back into the kiosk and it says my account isn't found! Their computer system is a mess. Called four times each trip before finally getting a manager to let us in. The first three times the customer service rep said that they would have a manager call me back but never did until the fourth time when I'm starting to have to press. This song and dance has happened each time over the course of moving over several days. Moving is already stressful, but not knowing if I can even get in after driving in from out of town in a moving truck with movers is worse. I'm only giving as high a rating as I am because the manager Derrick has been very polite and helpful. I however still do not have my own gate code that works. I cannot recommend this storage facility.

- Amazing customer service. I chose this facility due to how nice they were when I dropped off my Penske truck a couple of weeks earlier. The price is very good compared to others the same size..and I love the fact that they have a cart to load your items so you don't have to carry everything. Only issue I saw for the climate ones was that there is only one entrance and it got a little crowded when another vehicle pulled in.

- The only problem was I was told I had use of a truck for free the first 25 miles. Got to storage and they no longer had the truck. Very inconvenient I really needed the truck and that was the main reason I took that storage. So I had to make 5 trips in my car instant of 1 like I was told. The people who answer the calls and the actual storage are not communicating

- Well, I’ve never had a refrigerated unit before so this is my first time it was much better than I thought it would be at least at this facility. It was clean and safe. I also like the fact that I had to punch in the code to get in the facility and then, when I got to my unit which was in the air-conditioned room, I had to punch another code to get into that door, and I really felt that my stuff was gonna be secure and safe.
