- The staff was amazing. My only concern is that I returned the following day to drop off some boxes and found a box lid in the Hall covered in baby roaches. Across from me was another unit that had grass bits coming out of their unit. Looked like they hade emptied a shed and stored there belongings there. I know we can't control who rents and what they store but I'm extremely concerned as I have my personal belongings there until we decide where to buy our next home. I don't want bugs in my boxes. On a good note I called immediately and a young girl cane up with a can of raid. There were bugs on my unit door when we pulled it down as well as baby roaches in my unit.

The lady at the front desk was extremely accommodating w my situation and I was able to get a larger climate controlled storage unit last minute. The facility was very clean and well presentable.
