- Incorrect information was given to me. Online I was quote 115 for a 10 x 15 and I got a 11x12 for $126. Per the website, the unit is climate control. The unit is has been upwards of 85 degree. I can not store certain things because of how the unit. I called I was told this was a 24 hour unit and it turns out they close at 9 pm.

- Reserved unit online. When I arrived it was ready with lock inside unit. Clean and climate controlled. Unit $1.00 first month move in was much more than a dollar after cost of lock and other fees. Moved in on 26th and had another $50 due on the 1st. Still not sure why… I would definitely refer others because the overall price location and standards are awesome!

- Everything was fine with the exception of the unit’s retractable door won’t remain up! This issue should have been resolved “prior” to actually renting the unit to me. Or if another comparable unit was available, then it should have been rented to me. I transport large appliances. So, I can’t deal with a partially-opened door while dealing with with an oversized appliance on a dolly.
