I had just paid 3 months in advance, this was in January 2021 and they still have not credited my $135.00 over payment. I have contacted them 4 or 5 times by now spending hours of my time going over and over this. Also I thought it was a bit shady as soon as I showed proof of home insurance to lower the bill, they raised the rent the next month. But really just be careful paying in advance, you will never see a return it appears.

- We just rented this unit this past week so we really haven't been there long enough to really know one way or the other as to whether or not we'll have any real problems. We did like the manager on site and also like that he is there 24 hours and that there are cameras and a locked gate. I also like that it's not too far from our home. The only disappointments I have could be that I was hoping the temperature was a little cooler and I was a little concerned about the microfracture-like cracks that were on the floor of the unit, especially since it's on the second floor...another item that I wasn't too crazy about, but those were the only units available at the time we rented.
