- Management is almost impossible to contact, and definitely don't expect a return call. The place is dirty and overpriced for the location and quality of storage facility. My door was broken for three weeks with no attempt to fix it, despite multiple contacts to maintenance and management. They are now attempting to charge me rent on a unit I have been out of for a month. But of course no one will return my calls.

- I’m very happy to have found this storage place for my daughter that needed to store her dorm stuff for the summer. The 5x5 is very spacious and the price we got with the student discount is perfect. Thank you Paul for all your help because I was not able to open the door and you were our hero that day. Connie helped me do the paperwork and showed my daughter the storage and explained to her and me the paperwork as well. Paul is super funny and he had cupcakes for the customers. - Large unit, although mine wasn't totally cleaned out when I got it. There are a few bugs, but that is to be expected with an outdoor unit. The customer service is superb, they even came out after hours to fix my gate-access code.
