He is always courteous, professional, and helpful. In addition to great customer service, he knows the area and shares information on other services nearby. I've rented from other storage places in the area, and hands down, Easy Stop is not only the best management, the facility has the easiest entry, wider access to buildings, and convenient location. Easy Stop is also less expensive than other facilities nearby. I highly recommend this company. Their facility is top notch and their customer service is outstanding.

- Overall experience is awesome. The staff is very helpful. But the only concern i have is that this is a climate control storage unit, but it does not seems like that. Temperature in the unit is just like the temperature in non climate controlled unit. When I asked the staff, I have been told that the next door storage unit was open whole day because the people in next door unit was moving out, because of that the unit is not cold enough, but it was just the first day, I will get to know more about how cold the unit will be during my next visit to the unit. If the temperature in the unit is cold enough, then I will definitely recommend this unit with the price they offered to me.
