- The agent that I rented from kept leading me around saying oh I thought this unit was available but it's not. Poor customer service. She also told me that I could use my own lock, came in the next day and the other agent said she doesn't know what she is talking about. So I now have to purchase another lock. They were trying to force me to buy their lock. I said no I will purchase my own. There was another customer who came in at the same time as me and the agent was so condescending to that customer I was absolutely horrified. The agent in the last sentence is apparently the one who lives on site. She is horrible. You need to fire her you are losing business. I will never recommend this site to anyone because of her.

Cons: I'm unsure why a facility like this does not have 24 hour access. Especially with cameras and lights. This is the only reason I can only give it four stars instead of five.
