- This storage unit is right nearby 2 hotels where there are a lot of homeless people hanging around, and the gate appears to be broken and stuck open. Also, the glass to the front of the office wall has a huge crack in it, it looks like a baseball or something hit it. I got a 10x15 that indicated it was a drive-up, however, I got one that was above-ground, so I had to walk all my storage to my unit up a set of steps. I gave it the amount of stars I did because it was a seamless move in and that’s what was most important to me, as I was needing a storage unit last minute early in the morning.

- Needed to find storage close to both the house and our business as it would be for both. I also knew I would be riding solo most of the time while transporting our 8 month old daughter so a drive up unit would be most ideal. I submitted my reservation and within the hour received a call from the manager, Cindy, who said I could come in right away and fill out the paperwork. From first click to first item unloaded into the unit was just under 90 minutes, on a Sunday no less. So far, I couldn't be happier with the service, ease of reservation, and access to our unit. I have gone there about 6 times in the past 3 weeks already. Definitely a good decision.

- I secured a 10' X 15', 2nd floor unit at this Cubesmart online for half the monthly price I had reserved it for at another Cubesmart location- and cheaper than any other storage facility in the nearby surrounding area. The manager called me immediately after making my online reservation and was able to answer my questions quickly and efficiently. She suggested I come in to complete the reservation and verified my proof of personal storage insurance documentation and lock type -which stood out to me because most facilities haven't required that I provide the documents as proof, they just took me at my word. The fact that she did require it further confirmed that she is on point and made me feel that my stuff will be safe at this location. I noticed also the bathrooms are always open and clean.- the entire facility is very clean actually. Impressively clean compared to other companies. The only things I would change about my storage unit are facility related - 1) There's no mobile access option yet so you do have to manually enter your access code on the key pad to open gates/doors. 2) There's only one place to enter and exit the building and my unit is nowhere close to that entry way. It's not very convenient for moving in and out very quickly and makes a long walk down a semi-dark hallway seem so very long. 3) This isn't uncommon but it's still a complaint- there's no lighting inside the unit itself. And no outlets of course to plug a light into. I have been in units that do provide interior unit lighting and wish that I had considered that when I was looking for a new locker because it's hard to organize and look for what you need in the dark and it's also a pain to remember to bring a flashlight everytime you go.

- This facility is accessed by going past the entrance to a hotel as if you were checking in. That may actually help with keeping intruders away but it makes it difficult to find especially for movers. Directions should say, "We are beyond the hotel entrance after you make two sharp left turns. The biggest issue is that the gate will get stuck halfway open so that a large truck can't get through or it may without warning close on your vehicle passing through. Both times the customer service agent had to come outside to disable it. If you needed access outside of office hours you might be stuck. Please fix the gate so it opens all the way. Thanks..
