- The facility is in Kingsville, TX. First I called Sparefoot and spoke to a gentleman who helped me figure out how big of a storage unit I needed. Then we went through the paperwork without giving any account details and was sent a confirmation email to go to CubeSmart. I was there 10 mins before they closed for the day. The office person was more than happy to show me the unit and then the real paperwork began. Within 15-20 mins I had a storage unit at a very reasonable rate with discounts. I left my unit locked improperly one day and got a telephone letting me know right away. I call that service. Very happy with the whole process.

- I have only been with TCB self storage for a short amount of time now but I am impressed. The facility is very clean oh, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The times that the facility is open for me to access my storage unit are wonderful seeing as sometimes I am not able to be there until after 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. I would recommend the storage unit to anyone who needs storage facilities.

Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Kingsville, Texas.
- Storage unit's rates are based on a few features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- For commercial and business storage, many facilities offer larger unit sizes like 10x20 or 10x30, which are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis.
- Whether a facility offers climate controlled units or only a drive up unit. That will also determine the monthly rent. Usually, storage units which are climate controlled are more expensive than drive up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, and they provide you with your own personal access code to the storage facility. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up storage units for convenient loading and unloading, especially when storing heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Reach out to the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location.

The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
