- Was very impressed with the cleanliness and the fact that the building was nice and cool. I also loved that there was a truck unloading dock. Was very convenient. The only complaint I have was that there was only one elevator so you have to wait your turn but not a big deal. My overall experience has been very good.

- I got a site to store an RV. The advertised price was $50/month. After I signed up and they assigned me the site, they told me that the site was actually rented to someone else and they had to move me a couple of sites over. Then the charge for the site went to $100/month! They told me this was because "I" switched sites (THEY made me switch sites!) and that the discounted price could not be carried over. BAIT AND SWITCH! I am currently trying to resolve this with them, but if they don't give me the original price, I'm moving out.

We did try to do business at the Public Storage on Story Rd and Walnut Hill in Irving TX, but they were not friendly and kept changing prices and not giving us what we needed.
