- Everett was amazing leasing the unit. If you still come here, ask for Everett. How ever, the next day after leasing, another employee locked me out of my unit by mistake. Which is understandable that is a mistake, but it cost me extra money by forcing me to leave my things sitting on a U-Haul overnight that was supposed to be returned. I was required to rent the U-Haul for an extra day. They have offered no solution for their mistake that cost me money. I actually SEEN the manager in his boss the next day and they told me they'd call me later, which never happened. That was my second time waiting for a call that I never got from them. They have no interest in fixing their mistake clearly.

- When I arrived on move-in day the woman at front desk offered to show me a similar unit to the one I had reserved since the online reservation I had made via Sparefoot was not appearing in her system. The rate for the unit she showed me was actually $30 more expensive than the reservation and I was in a rush to get back to work so I decided to complete my paperwork online instead of booking the one she showed me. After getting my access code I was disappointed to find rat poop in the unit that I had originally reserved. Although she assured me that the pest inspector had just visited that same day and verified that the rats were gone, I would recommend inspecting the unit before you complete any of the move-in paperwork.

- I was actually moving storage units because I was looking for a better deal. When I found exert space storage Ms. Tora walked the premise with me and made sure I got exactly what I needed. She made sure I had all the moving supplies I needed and even let me know that if my unit didn't end up being enough space I could switch for no extra charge. This Extra Space is in the perfect location and is very secure. I know my things are in a safe place!
