- ON 11/2/21 five customers (including me) at this location were informed that our units had been broken into. Sparebox advertises the property as "secure" with "24 hour surveillance." Yet somehow thieves were able to breach the fence, get into the climate controlled building, cut our locks and steal thousands of dollars worth of our possessions. I pay for insurance on my unit and was told over the phone by a Sparebox employee in Arizona that I would recuperate the maximum amount of my policy. However, on 11/4/21 I was informed by the insurance company that my loss would NOT be covered. I have a low opinion of this company. They have lost my business.

- I never got a call from the facility. I had to call them several times because their line was busy. The lease guy was not there when I originally called for my appointment. The lady who ended up doing our lease was very nice but it took a while and she didn't have the access to sparefoot etc. I have a unit on the outside so it's not as secure as the units on the inside but with the right lock you can't even get access to the area to cut it off. The price on sparefoot is cheaper than what these units go for so it is a good price.
