- Not the best start. I had an appointment at 10:30 Oct. 25. I was there on time with a truck load of stuff to store. The office was closed. I later found out that the manager had taken the day off and recommended l go to another Public Storage (PS) facility. I did. But that office was closed to. We called PS # and completed the on line register and got the unit # and access code. Went back to Watagua. Unit 422 was dirty but we loaded our stuff but the latch did not work. I can’t lock the unit. Called PS. They gave us unit 421. We moved our stuff into it and locked the unit. We were charged for two units plus two admin and lock fees. Working on refunds now. The very very nice lady at the PS facility on Beach Str and N Tarrant Parkway was so helpful and facilitating. She helped reduce the anxiety. We want to thank her. All is good now.

Well a third person came along and showed us how to do everything online the lady was not there and your hours say you're there from 9:30 till 6:00 and someone was not there for 2 hours. When I called her she said she was out on property and I cannot fathom she would be out on property for two and a half hours without checking the office or her messages which I left several and never got a return call until 4:00 that afternoon. - My experience was so far so good although they said they would be carts there to be able to load my stuff onto to take it to my storage unit and there was no cards to be found and when I am a first applied for the the unit I was supposed to have been sent to a unit to a storage place closer to my house and I wasn't I was sent 30 minutes away but I have only been there one day and so far it's been a good experience
