- I booked a 10 x 10 online with a specific date for move in. I drove to the facility to complete paperwork ahead of the date but no one was there. I called the number and left a message. The price on sparefoot was higher than the price on the board outside but it was still a good price so thought I'd let that go. No call received re the message I left..drove there two other times- no one there. On move in day still no one there. Called again and left a message. So i called it quits with this storage facility as being a waste of my time. Today i go back on sparefoot to find an alternative only to find this storage facility have jacked their prices up by $40 for the same10 x 10. Now I'm pleased I'm not there.... Be warned.
