- Not the best start. I had an appointment at 10:30 Oct. 25. I was there on time with a truck load of stuff to store. The office was closed. I later found out that the manager had taken the day off and recommended l go to another Public Storage (PS) facility. I did. But that office was closed to. We called PS # and completed the on line register and got the unit # and access code. Went back to Watagua. Unit 422 was dirty but we loaded our stuff but the latch did not work. I can’t lock the unit. Called PS. They gave us unit 421. We moved our stuff into it and locked the unit. We were charged for two units plus two admin and lock fees. Working on refunds now. The very very nice lady at the PS facility on Beach Str and N Tarrant Parkway was so helpful and facilitating. She helped reduce the anxiety. We want to thank her. All is good now.

Some difficulty to get through door with a fully loaded cart — door could be wider and allow some way to be propped open while moving cart through doorway.

- I started the application about 3 months prior to my move, and finally had a storage picked out and was ready to move, at the last moment had to change the location, I am so glad I did, because Diane, helped me with everything "Storage", and set me up with the access, helped me with a climate-controlled unit, and need I say more. Yolanda, another amazing person, that came to my rescue, I wasn't able to open the shed and she was there at a drop of a hat to help! You have an amazing staff, and the facility is so close to everything, it's true, "IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WILL COME". Thank you, keep up the good work. God Bless.

- The people I worked with were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. It was unfortunate to find out that I would be paying around $55 for something that I was told would come out to around $25 dollars, but was advertised for $1 (first month for a dollar deal). I expected some sort of fee, but not that amout of charges for things that are normally included in the regular rental price. Overall it was a great experience, and still a better deal than anywhere else I had checked.

- Space is good and the weather protected unloading bays is the best thing about this location. However, they lock up the moving carts when the office is closed, even though the building can be accessed with your code. They make you check out a cart, but fail to inform you they’ll be locking up for lunch while you may still be unloading. I literally showed them my lock I was going to use when I returned with my U-Haul, and they told me I’d have to sign a document after moving in proving I used my lock and not theirs. The most difficult storage facility I’ve ever used, and I’ve stored things at units right off 35 before.
