- I had an appointment (Oct. 25). Public Storage 5501 Watagua Road. I went with truck load to store in a unit. No one there. Property manager was there but not working. She told us to go to the other facility down the road. I went. No one there. Called CS. Told to complete on line. Ok. Got unit 0422 and access code. Moved in. Latch would not lock. Had to re-register to get another unit. All good. Got partial refund but I’m entitled to more. Should never be this difficult to rent and move into a storage unit. Property Manager at the Beach Street and N. Tarrant Parkway Public Storage very very helpful. Thanks to her we were able to get moved in and secured.
