- We were in the market for short term rental (one month) and we felt the price of storage was outrageous for such a short amount of time. Cubesmart not only honored the 1st month free for us so we only had to pay the fees, but they allowed us to upgrade to a bigger unit when we realized the size we had reserved was too small. The man at the desk was also very helpful and accommodating when we realized the unit we initially reserved was too small.

- The staff is very helpful and kind, and the units are pretty clean and easy to find. If you're like me and don't want to spend money on storage but really need the space, even if it's temporarily, this place checks the boxes. I haven't had my unit that long yet, but so far it's been a good experience. My only gripe, at no fault of their own, is that I have to drive kinda far and the road construction directly leading to and outside of the facility makes it tricky to get to.
