- Everyone was nice and polite. The storage was clean and really large. I like the fact that it’s climate controlled and it has elevators. The elevators are tricky because you’ve got to enter your security code every time you go up and down. That gets annoying, but I know it’s about safety and security and I can appreciate that.

- Everett was amazing leasing the unit. If you still come here, ask for Everett. How ever, the next day after leasing, another employee locked me out of my unit by mistake. Which is understandable that is a mistake, but it cost me extra money by forcing me to leave my things sitting on a U-Haul overnight that was supposed to be returned. I was required to rent the U-Haul for an extra day. They have offered no solution for their mistake that cost me money. I actually SEEN the manager in his boss the next day and they told me they'd call me later, which never happened. That was my second time waiting for a call that I never got from them. They have no interest in fixing their mistake clearly.
