- I called to confirm my reservation about 20 minutes before close, and the employee seemed more interested with closing the facility then customer service. Furthermore, after signing my lease, the employee proceeded to tell me that the unit had to be “cleared out” which forced me to have to leave and come back in order to store my stuff. I’ve used this facility in the past, and the units do not seal well, I encourage anybody storing items here to cover them. I found a black widow with eggs if the handle of a tote that I stored here.
