- The pricing was great and the unit itself was fine. The main issue I had was that the facility/employee charged me for a lock without telling me. She didn't discuss the cost of the lock or whether using it was optional or not. I saw the charge after I paid for my move-in and an additional month. The extra charge should have been disclosed before I paid.
