- My initial experience was positive, but deteriorated when there was a problem. I lost my key to the unit, reported it and was told that I would need to wait until the end of the month when the locks would be broken and mine could be changed. So I waited and at the end of the month when I went to check, the lock had not been changed. I was told the person who was to break the lock did not come because there was only one lock (mine) to change. I was shocked that my one account did not matter. So far the situation has not been corrected. Very Disappointed.
