At the same time, there were several other people moving either in or out of their units, and one specific family had used all of the moving carts, and was hogging the elevator closest to my unit for about 30 minutes. I am not sure how many carts Uncle Bob's had, but there weren't any available when we were moving some of our belongings.

- I made a reservation online in less than 10 min. When I got to the facility I was met with a kiosk, no staff members, which made me a little iffy. I followed the prompts and ran into a small issue, the pricing on the kiosk was different than what I had booked online. I called customer service and they happily fixed the situation by honoring the price that I had already booked online. It did take a long time to fix, but they were very kind, helpful, and efficient so I really didn’t mind. If they hadn’t handled it so well, this review would probably be completely different. I appreciate their representatives, I spoke with 3 different people and each of them spoke kindly and helped me as if I were someone they knew.

- I was lied to and told that I would be given a climate controlled unit that was a pull up space. The space I was given is climate controlled but it is inside a building and down a hallway! I rented a truck to have my items dropped off at the door to the unit and instead had to pay someone to help me move the items into the space because i could not do it on my own as planned. Then they applied insurance to my unit without my permission, even though I have homeowners insurance that covers it. And when I found out it took them so long to get the credit on my account that they charged me late fees because I said I wouldn't pay until my account had the credit applied! Horrible customer service, and they do not keep their employees accountable for what they promise to their customers. I will not use them again and I would not recommend that anyone else used them either! So disappointed in their services.
