- When we went in the staff were not with any customers and were using their "down time" to mop the already clean office. Steven and Adlai were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to get us everything we needed. They even went so far as to search the facility at one point, when there were a lot of people there using all of the carts, to help us find a cart to use. The whole place is so well kept and overall I am very pleased with their service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice facility that is clean and has staff that are courteous and helpful.

- Our experience was smooth and free of problems. We were treated in a friendly, yet professional manner by the manager. Also we were able to set up our auto-pay relatively quickly. The only issue we encountered is that we had -- based on our reservation -- been promised a price and promotion that apparently was in error. We had requested an outdoor parking space for a certain price. Upon arrival at the location, we were told that we had reserved an interior storage unit, instead of a parking space outdoors. However, everything was resolved and we are content with the results. The only suggestion I can offer is that you could arrange for a mail dropbox with the United States Postal Service. This would be a helpful amenity for the clients. Thanks!
