I have recommended to friends who still rent there and numerous Family members whom still rent there as well! It’s never been any issues regarding safety, cleanliness and overall assurance that your things are being looked after. He ability is o pay online is super easy and when I need to call and make the payment Tracy is always there to get me taken care of! She loves her job and takes pride in running a smooth operation, and it shows! - There was a blanket stuffed at the top of the storage unit that had obviously been there a long time. This should have been removed and the unit repaired and ready for the next renter. I moved my things in as I didn’t have time to go back & forth across the street to see if another unit was available. However, the managers of these units should be aware of the condition before renting them out. Sparefoot was very informative and helpful, and I thank you. The ladies at Cube Smart were also very helpful, just not knowledgeable about the inner condition of their units. I would not have rented this out until it had been make-ready for a new customer. Moving is stressful.
