I also knew I would be riding solo most of the time while transporting our 8 month old daughter so a drive up unit would be most ideal. I submitted my reservation and within the hour received a call from the manager, Cindy, who said I could come in right away and fill out the paperwork. From first click to first item unloaded into the unit was just under 90 minutes, on a Sunday no less. So far, I couldn't be happier with the service, ease of reservation, and access to our unit. I have gone there about 6 times in the past 3 weeks already. Definitely a good decision.

- This storage unit is right nearby 2 hotels where there are a lot of homeless people hanging around, and the gate appears to be broken and stuck open. Also, the glass to the front of the office wall has a huge crack in it, it looks like a baseball or something hit it. I got a 10x15 that indicated it was a drive-up, however, I got one that was above-ground, so I had to walk all my storage to my unit up a set of steps. I gave it the amount of stars I did because it was a seamless move in and that’s what was most important to me, as I was needing a storage unit last minute early in the morning.

Without even having to ask the on-site person suggested 24 hour access to help us and it was exactly what we needed to hear to alleviate so much stress and make the move that much easier!!!
