- Realized I was going to have to get a storage unit 1 hour before Closing time. Was able to get thru the entire process quickly and painlessly. Without even having to ask the on-site person suggested 24 hour access to help us and it was exactly what we needed to hear to alleviate so much stress and make the move that much easier!!! I wish I could remember the on-site persons name - she was absolutely fantastic and exactly what a business should hope for in their employees!!!
