I also knew I would be riding solo most of the time while transporting our 8 month old daughter so a drive up unit would be most ideal. I submitted my reservation and within the hour received a call from the manager, Cindy, who said I could come in right away and fill out the paperwork. From first click to first item unloaded into the unit was just under 90 minutes, on a Sunday no less. So far, I couldn't be happier with the service, ease of reservation, and access to our unit. I have gone there about 6 times in the past 3 weeks already. Definitely a good decision.
