- It's super close to my home and easy to get to. The unit was clean and the hallways are too. Magnets to hold doors are busted anyone can enter the inside there's no lock to the inside. Also NO WHEELY CARTS. I haven't seen a staff member either. It's clean and cheap so still worth it.

- This was the best experience I have had in Austin with renting a storage unit. I was able to do almost everything online. When I got to a point that I was stuck on I called customer service and the agent walked me through to the finish line. She stayed on the phone with me until she was sure that I was able to get into the gate and open my unit. I wish every facility had this type of service. The unit was CLEAN!!!! - We were late to all of our flights and other plans because of this shitty place not having the right lock! We had to wait an hour by the managers office to get the right size lock just to find out the "manager" who was a young girl was chilling in a car right outside of the office! I was knocking and calling like crazy and pretty sure she fricking saw us standing with bags under a 100 hot degrees. Then she slowly came out and was soooo slow at her job and service! Even though i told her we are late for our flight! The office sign said "left to help another customer" while she's clearly on her phone in some car right next to the office for 1 hour!!!! We lost a lot of money and nerves just because someone didn't put the right fucking size of a lock! How hard is that?! This is serious business where people rely on you while moving and stressing!!! Shame on ya'll.
