My unit was clean when I arrived, and I appreciate the climate control and security. - Although customer service was awesome and the facility was clean, our unit was broken into the first night that we moved our belonging in. While the facility was helpful and telling us how to file a claim and promised to provide us with video footage of the facility for the detective on the case. I was put off by the fact that one of the employees knew exactly who it was and claimed that they have had problems with this person before and its continued for a while. Knowing that these indivduals continue to cause problems I wonder why they haven't been evicted from the premisis previously which could have saved me some probelms. I also did not like how easy he said it was for said individuals to hop the fence and hang out at the facility after closing hours to hang out and drink and then hop the fence again before the facility opened.
