On top of that, when I went in in-person to pay and get my keys, etc., Mary helped me. She is the consummate professional, and made everything very clear, answering my questions and getting me set up. Managing my account online and being able to call with any questions made this move a much less stressful experience!

- This is my first time using a storage company. My experience has been fine so far but it hasn't been a month yet. The things that stood out to me that i like is the manager of the storage facility had my best interest in mind when he showed me another unit than the one i reserved and i was very pleased. I liked the tour he gave me with instructions. What i didn't like was the amount of phone calls i got after i made the online reservation even after i informed him each time i was moving from another state and would not know the exact time of day I'd be there. I also didn't like being told insurance is a requirement after we were half way into finishing up. I also do not like the projection of prices going up. Overall i give it 4 stars because it's not perfect but it's not horrible.
