- I needed to find a small storage unit near my home to hold miscellaneous items. I did on online search and decided to start by looking at the cheapest facility first. What luck! I worked with Robert on both my reservation and "move-in" day. He was professional, informative, and very personable. Through the course of our discussions I mentioned that my son is the Army National Guard and he told us about an additional discount offered by the facility. - What a nice surprise!The unit we needed was a small unit - 5 x 5, is outside access and not climate controlled. The unit is easy to access and was clean for our move in. The facility is easy to access via secure coded gate entry, has a security system, and has 24 hour onsite property management.The only negative surprise was that when we signed the paperwork on move-in day I was told that we had to purchase monthly insurance on our storage unit, which for our 5 x 5 unit was an additional $12/ month. Robert did state that if our home owners policy covers offsite storage that we could provide the facility that documentation and they would then waive the insurance fee. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.
