- Reserved a unit on Sparefoot, and within the hour got a call from the storage facility asking what items I was storing to make sure I reserved the right unit for my needs. They recommended I actually move to a smaller unit than I reserved, with a lower price as well, and it was exactly what I needed. They were very professional and hit all the points I was going to ask beforehand. The manager Trey along with all of the others were very kind and made my move in extremely easy and comfortable. Even though it is an hour away from me, I know I chose right because this was the best customer service I've had in a long time, along with the complex being very secure. I would reccomend it to anyone I know.

- Only issue is pricing increase 30 days after sign up. Rented 2nd unit and same thing happened so it's obvious advertise and start with lower price, increase in 30 days of move in. I anticipate i'll receive notice of increases again on a schedule set by Storage King so no reflection on location of rental. Staff and service is wonderful!
