All the information I needed was emailed to me or in the storage upon move in. The location was also very convenient as it is down the street from my old place. - Is a very clean and nice facility. I reserved a unit online and no one was there when i got there during Business hours so i had to buy a new one. Which was super easy and I’m lucky there was another unit available at that time for me to purchase. A couple days later i got a phone call directly from the owner asking how my move in was and how i was liking the facility so far. Very kind people

- Although,the staff that was on duty was not well informed about the property, I do understand that he was just filling him from another location. I scheduled the purchase of my rental completely on line which is highly recommended. It's fast and easy to do alone. The facility is very nice and it gives you the feeling of security. It is an indoor facility with coded roll up gates and coded elevator. My one complaint, is I was not shown by an employee the location of my unit nor was I explained anything about the codes. Have an employee show you because you will be looking for a good 5-10 minutes, it's a maze but hey, my kids enjoyed it. We turned it into a gameЁЯШЕ If you take your own lickmake sure they put a tag on it. I'm still waiting on mines.
