Best (and important) quality for me is the customer service thus far. I have been able to talk to a live human being every time I have called vs having to leave a voicemail (with no call back) countless times at my previous storage facility. - I would definitely recommend this storage space to anyone! We are renting a parking space for our van, and they seem very cheap in comparison to many other places in the area.
