- Let me first say the ladies on the phone were great! They were there and walked me through some confusing dilemmas from being lost to losing my gate code. All my fault. My rating is a 4.5 because my space number didn't exist and had to be moved, and the paperwork was so tiny I had a hard time locating the send button after filling out the paperwork a couple times, by the way its in the upper right corner and so tiny your finger won't work.
