- Locked us out of our unit immediately. They had TWO different phone numbers, TWO different emails, a credit card number on file, payment was current, and they locked us out of our unit over a holiday weekend because we didn't sign the contract quickly enough for them. If it's something that's that urgent, have people sign it when they're in your office. If you plan to deprive them of access to their own belongings, at least attempt to reach them at every address and phone number that you have first. When we called, not even so much as an apology. We never received their emails- that was somehow our own fault, according to them. No offer of any kind to make it right. They had their money- they had all of our information. No excuse. This was ridiculous. We're looking for another unit and can't wait to be done with them.

I finally got lucky and got someone at the last minute before I left, dejected and without dropping my load. If it wasn't so much hassle, I'd move locations tomorrow.
