- I had a wonderful initial experience at this facility. I found Amelia to be helpful, professional and friendly. I also found the manager ( I believe her name is Monica) to also to helpful. The facility is clean, quiet and easily accessible. There is a covered garage/overhang so that unless parking spaces are not available, I don't have to worry about moving my things in and out of storage when the weather is inclement. There is additional parking (with designated spaces) to the side of the building.

- I rented this unit for my daughter who is in college. Overall experience was great. The only reason I rated 4 stars on the price is because I feel that the insurance rate is high. I pay $6 a month for a 10x20 unit at another storage location and here I'm paying $14 a month for a 5x5. Other than that, customer service was great! The unit was easy to access, very clean, I feel that the building is well secured and her things are safe.
