- I put an order in online, and the the on site manager called and confirm and got an appointment ready for me to see the unit. Once I arrived, I showed my renters insurance and we signed the paperwork and done in a few minutes. She walked me to my unit, I realized that my unit would be too small for an easy move and she upgraded me to the next larger unit for free, AND I got to keep the first month free offer!!! Cha Ching I’m saving money in midtown Nashville! They have everything on site you might need to make the move happen from flat beds (while the office is open) on site to box’s and movers numbers off site. Thanks Katie and Self Storage!

- Easily the cheapest facility I was able to find in town. The ladies in the office were super friendly and helpful. This is an older facility, but the units are bing retrofitted with new doors and everything looked pretty clean and neat. Only complaint was there seem to be a LOT of pot holes that were were able to get around easily in the golf cart but I don’t know how easy it will be in a car or truck. Oh! And the truck they have up front advertising free use when you Rent from their facility doesn’t run. That kind of sucked. I was excited by the prospect when I saw it.

- I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with Fallon when I moved to the area from South Florida about a year ago. I was surprised that I was able to do everything online. The communication from Fallon was flawless, and with just a few emails back and forth my contract was signed space number was given and I was ready to move my belongings into the storage space. There have been several months were it had slipped my mind on paying the rent and they were nice enough to send an email and call me to remind me before a late fee would be applied. They really seem to care about the people that rent from them. I just wish that some of the tenants cared as well. Sometimes I will see people’s random items left behind from their move out. Bed frames, clothes, rugs, broken furniture, etc. I do wish that there was more hand trucks to be available for the ease of moving. I believe that I’ve only ever seen 2 on the entire property. Recently 24 hour access into the facility has stopped which is unfortunate since I tend to mostly work nights, so on my days off I could take care of dropping off and picking up things whenever and not worry about what time it was. I also wish that there was a restroom that was available that could be accessed from inside the climate controlled area and not just the one that is in the main office area. Because although the office hours are posted, you might not see anyone working. M Which is fine just know that communication is key and if you need them you can either call or send an email. Just know that they will get back with you in a quick and efficient professional timeline. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here compared to many other self storage companies that I have used in the past.
