- I have rented a unit for about 12 months always paid my bill 2 weeks ahead of time. Well I moved out on the 28th of November and did and online vacate on the 29th of November. I tried to reach out to the manager to get a closing on the unit all week. Was in the store on the 3rd of December,lady said she would close the account. As of the 4th of December the account is still open and they are wanting payment for something I am not renting. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Still waiting for closure.

- When we booked the reservation with customer service over the phone they assured us there were 2 electronic gates - 1 in front - 1 in the back section. When we arrived we discovered the 2nd gate that secures the vehicle storage area is not functioning. In addition, multiple outside cameras are not working. This is of concern and would appreciate all being fixed. We also want to compliment the excellent customer service we received from the Property Manager, Brandon Logue. He was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.
