- The person who was ready to leave for the day was understanding and got approval from his supervisor to stay late to let my son and I move his possessions into storage while some renovations were being done at our house. He was professional and helpful, understanding that I had reserved a truck at the Hendersonville location, but when I got there they sent me to a Uhaul location 45 minutes away to pick up a truck fr the move.

- When we booked the reservation with customer service over the phone they assured us there were 2 electronic gates - 1 in front - 1 in the back section. When we arrived we discovered the 2nd gate that secures the vehicle storage area is not functioning. In addition, multiple outside cameras are not working. This is of concern and would appreciate all being fixed. We also want to compliment the excellent customer service we received from the Property Manager, Brandon Logue. He was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.
