I have picked the right storage unit, the size is right, the facility is so clean and the price is great! I can't beat the price. Not to mention it is safe. There is a key pad where you enter your pin and the doors let you in and close right after you. SO I feel safe for sure. Daniel was super helpful, professional and right on point.

- To rate the support received, let’s start with the fact that I was assigned unit #9 upon renting with original move in date 3/4/19. I found a lock already on the unit the first time we went to place items in the unit and requested it be removed which the maintenance dept indicated was removed on the 19th. After a second attempt to begin use of the unit, I found the lock still on. I phoned into the office and spoke with Brooke who instructed me to just find a vacant unit and notify her of the number. After locating a vacant unit, I phoned Brooke as we had difficulty with the access code and couldn’t access the lot. At that time, she indicated that she would forward a new contract to me for the unit I located and restart the contract time period since I was not able to use the original unit(#9) during March. I still have not received the new contract. I would appreciate assistance in getting this situation resolved this week. Jennimarie

- My apartment and garage had water damage due to the apartment above me catching fire. I had to move all my stored items to a storage facility and I immediately thought I’d Go Store It due to its location. I was pleasantly surprised by their competitive prices and the facility itself is extremely clean. My only takeaway that I wish they had was large signs down the aisles to let you know where units were located. Luckily mine is super easy to get to. Staff was also extremely helpful and friendly and made the experience simple and easy.

- I was struggling to find the address and called them in advance to see if they were open. By chance it so happened the staff was still working so I drove up with my Penske truck full of stuff and one of the staff memebers came out and greeted me and took my SpareFoot reservation like if it was during normal business hours. No fuss or negative vibes from the staff, I was even taken on a tour on their golf cart despite it being locked up for the day. I felt very comfortable and pleased with the service I received
