- Everything was handled over the phone. Automatic payment set up for monthly payment. Facility is will lit. Buildings are numbered and easy to find. If you don't have a truck they offer a rental uhaul. They also offer insurance on your belongings. Storage unit is nice and clean. It wasn't climate controlled but I didn't need climate controlled.

- It's really nice, I like that it is extremely clean and easy to access with your own personal pin. The staff is very nice, patient, friendly and easy to work with. The price was great for a 10 x 10. The only flaw I see so far is that they need pin pads at every door so that they are easily accessible from ever door on the outside and not just from one.
