- A new management company聽took over in 2020, and since that time, a new rate increase occurs every ~ six months- the average increase is ~20%, with a cumulative increase of 49% over a span of 16 months. The storage units rent has never been late, nor has there been any complaints from us, the customer. Neither facilities聽nor customer service has improved (in fact, customer service now has waiting times on hold), nor can management detail the reason for the increase; I can only assume that since they have customers hostage, during the profit handsomely. I would not recommend this facility nor any facility managed by 10 Federal Storage, LLC its partners and affiliates.聽

- The guy in the office was a delight to talk with and was extremely personable. Definitely did not feel like just another customer providing another dollar for a business but more like a friendly acquaintance. The unit is like new and the price was half that of all others in the area on top of the first month free. Would definitely recommend.

- By the time that I was told that the unit I wanted was being advertised as first month promotional pricing, it was too late. I was already there at the entrance gate and had no time or patience left to search out a different place. My rental truck was due for return the next day. And to be perfectly honest, I didn’t notice anything stating that the price advertised was going to change in one month. I feel slighted and think that people should plainly know if they are getting a one time deal. After finding out the circumstances while on the phone with the owner, it was too late and I really felt like I had made a mistake. On the other hand, the owner was very pleasant to deal with and went out of his way to accommodate me. I only had cash at the time. Prior to my payment, he opened up the gate and gave me access to my new unit which was easy to backup to and the property was clean. In retrospect, I just wish that things were stated more plainly.
