- I have to say if we had not been driving for over 13 hours and exhausted, I would have pulled out and found a new location. The unit I was given was suppossed to be 10 x 20.even though I ordered a 10 x 15, unit given was 10x 10.There was no one at the facility, for 30 minutes I called the manager on his cell phone, my boyfriend called an 800 number and got a woman who had no idea what she was talking about.All the while it is pouring rain. It was almost an hour before the manager called me back and gave me a different unit with a reduced price to unit I wanted. The place looks like a dump. I will not feel safe until my property is removed
