- We have been renters here for 2 years. They entice you with a competitive price, but then start raising the rent regularly. At one time I had 5 units. We got down to 3 and they started raising rent on those three. On my outdoor unit, they raised the rent 2 times in less than a year. It started at $159 mth. It then went to $169 mth. They just sent notice after 6 months that it is being raised to $199 mth. That is a 15% increase. They seem to want to bilk their longest and best customers. There is NO customer loyalty here at all. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears. It almost appears as a kind of “bait and switch”operation.They seem to lure you in with an attractive price and then start raising the rent once you are there for a few months. They are definitely taking advantage of their best customers. Steer clear of this company! Bad News!

- Locked us out of our unit immediately. They had TWO different phone numbers, TWO different emails, a credit card number on file, payment was current, and they locked us out of our unit over a holiday weekend because we didn't sign the contract quickly enough for them. If it's something that's that urgent, have people sign it when they're in your office. If you plan to deprive them of access to their own belongings, at least attempt to reach them at every address and phone number that you have first. When we called, not even so much as an apology. We never received their emails- that was somehow our own fault, according to them. No offer of any kind to make it right. They had their money- they had all of our information. No excuse. This was ridiculous. We're looking for another unit and can't wait to be done with them.
