- The woman who helped me, Sonya, was courteous, friendly, very helpful and patient. The Indoor Unit I rented was at an excellent price, it was clean and in fact as I walked in and out to store my things there was a fresh smell in the corridors. The floors were clean too! I loved the fact that the indoor units were well cared for. Outdoor area as well. In addition the Security Gates worked perfectly and the instructions I was given on how to operate everything was very clear and patiently demonstrated. A very welcoming atmosphere!
