- I needed 2 units pick this one. Drove 7 hours to get there. Ms Sonya was there and was wonderful. After several hours of work it was done. Ms Sonya took the time to talk to us explained everything and then she give us directions to go get gas drop off u haul and where our hotel was.She was great what an asset to that company.I strongly advise anyone needing storage check her place out. Clean plenty of carts cameras what more could you ask for.

- The young lady at the front desk was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. She said she was the manager and that was appalling. When working in customer service it is very important to treat all customers with respect. Other than that mishap with the manager who was reported. I would definitely recommend prime storage.

- Just moved in, so haven’t had lot of time in the facility. Easy access and great location for me, close to I-85. Had questions after e-rental, and property manager Diane was very nice. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness because bathrooms weren’t stocked with soap or toilet paper, but again, I just started using the facility. Side note, can’t get app to unlock door for some reason.

- The woman at the front desk was very nice. She wasn't the regular woman that stays there. As soon as she learned that we were moving I to the area she began telling us all about the area. That was great. She went back the storage unit with us to make sure everything was good to go. The front security gate was broken, but it looked like they were working on it. Very happy with service and storage unit. The little things that go smoothly means so much when you're moving from out of state. Lots of moving parts involved.
